Toasted Shallot Mustard Vinaigrette

Our perfect vinaigrette

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Toasted Shallot Mustard
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Gradually whisk in the oil until emulsified. 
  3. Season to taste with salt & pepper. 
  4. Toss with your favorite greens or veggies.
