Teriyaki Vegetable Skewers

  1. Your favorite veggies like mushrooms, zuccini, yellow squash, red pepper etc - cut into large chunks
  2. 1/2 pineapple cut into same size chunks as the veggies
  3. Rub with Love Triple Garlic Teriyaki sauce (or try with Spicy Red Chili Teriyaki sauce) 
  4. Canola oil
  5. Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least one hour so they don't burn.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees or fire up the grill.
  • Thread veggies and pineapple onto skewers (TIP:  use two skewers/per for ease of cooking)
  • Brush loaded skewers with canola and a few pinches of salt & pepper.
  • Place skewers on a baking sheet or directly onto the grill.
  • Spoon or brush Rub with Love Triple Garlic Teriyaki sauce on while cooking and continue cooking until golden brown and delicious.
