Roasted Pork Tenderloin

  • 2 pork tenderloins, about 1 pound each
  • 3 tablespoons Rub with Love Chinese 12 Spice Rub
  • 2 tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil
  • Scallion Fried Rice (optional, see additional recipe)


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Pat the spice rub all over the pork tenderloins; allow them to rest 5 minutes.
  3. Put the oil in a large oven proof skillet and heat over medium high heat.
  4. Sear the tenderloins on all sides, about 4 minutes.
  5. Put the skillet in the oven and roast until an instant reading meat thermometer inserted in the pork reads 140F, about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from the heat, let rest 5 minutes, slice at an angle.
