Bengal Masala Rubbed - Pan Roasted Halibut

  • 4 halibut fillets, 6-ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons Rub with Love Bengal Masala Rub
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Minty Ginger Snap Peas (optional, see additional recipe)


  1. Pat Bengal Masala Rub over both sides of each fillet. Allow halibut to rest 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook the halibut on both sides, watching carefully so rub does not burn. Reduce heat if necessary.
  4. Cook until done to your liking, about 6 to 8 minutes.
