Autumn is upon us and we’re thrilled to toast the fall season with an incredible guest winemaker, Andrew Januik of Novelty Hill – Januik Wines on Thursday, October 17th at Dahlia Lounge. Join Chef Brock Johnson, Pastry Chef Brittany Bardeleben and Wine Educator Zach Geballe as they has create a bountiful fall feast, all carefully paired with Washington’s iconic Novelty Hill and Januik wines. Andrew Januik, fresh from this year’s harvest, will elaborate on the unique vineyard partnership between the two wineries and the history of Washington’s most premiere vineyard sites in the Columbia Valley, including Stillwater Creek Vineyard on the Royal Slope of the Frenchman Hills. From winemaker stories to menu surprises, this will be an incredible wine dinner that should not be missed!
